The weekly per-character limit for Odyle Energy (Bound) increases from 4 to 20. This is a character-level limit, separate from a server-wide purchase cap.
The weekly server-wide cap of 16 for Odyle Energy (Bound) is removed. This server limit is distinct from any per-character allowance.
